great pools but food could improve
The hotel boasts a fantastic array of pools, including options for all ages, ensuring our family had endless fun. The aqua slides were thrilling, making our children's experience memorable! We enjoyed the convenience of food available 24 hours, especially when late-night hunger struck. The room offered a splendid garden view that added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay.
The dining options were somewhat lacking in variety and freshness.

I found that many entertainment options at night were pretty basic, like Bingo and a music quiz that felt more like filler than fun. The food quality didn't cut it for me. it lacked variety and didn't always taste fresh. There were unexpected extra charges for cocktails and ice creams that felt off considering the all-inclusive deal. Plus, I noticed some young teenagers getting boozy at the nightclub with very little security oversight, which didn’t sit well from a safety perspective.

The multiple pools at Eftalia made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The kids especially loved the aqua slides, providing endless fun. Each pool had something unique, catering to different age groups, which was thoughtful. Our room was modern and clean, offering a nice view of the garden that added a relaxing touch. Dining options included salad and cheese, but hot meals often fell flat in taste for me. There was 24-hour food availability, which was a nice convenience, especially during late-night hours. the bar closing at 11:00 PM felt early for adults looking to unwind. Internet access was quite limited, only occasionally available in the lobby. Communication with staff sometimes posed a challenge due to language barriers, so knowing some basic phrases could help. Despite these hiccups, overall, the atmosphere was lively, particularly during daytime activities designed for kids. The evening entertainment felt basic, mainly consisting of bingo and quizzes, which didn’t quite capture our interest. Some areas had a few safety concerns, especially with rowdy kids running around indoors. It felt chaotic during mealtimes with less emphasis on etiquette, but it did add to the lively holiday spirit. Ice cream at the parlour came with extra charges, which was a bit surprising for an all-inclusive stay. the atmosphere was vibrant and family-oriented, which I appreciated even with its flaws.
